The things people ask first.
Who hosts my website?
You do, and that’s deliberate. I build your site and hand over the finished files with a step-by-step guide showing you exactly how to buy a domain, pick a host and put it live — written for someone who has never done it. It costs around £5 a month, paid to whoever you choose. You own your site outright and you’re never tied to me or anyone else.
What if I get stuck putting the site live?
The guide covers the whole thing with screenshots, and we do a walkthrough call at handover. If you’d rather not touch it, I can put it live for you as a one-off — just ask on the call.
Do I need a name already?
No. Plenty of people arrive torn between two or three, or with nothing. Part of the first call is working out what fits, and I check the name is actually available before anything gets designed.
What if I don’t like the logo?
You’ll see two or three directions before anything is finished, and every package includes revision rounds. I’d rather redraw it than have my work on a van you don’t like.
Can I pay in instalments?
It’s 50% to book your slot and 50% on handover. No hidden extras and nothing to pay afterwards.
Do you do print, signage or embroidery?
I do the artwork, not the printing. You get files ready for a signwriter or garment supplier — including a separate version made for embroidery so it doesn’t go muddy when stitched. I can recommend people locally.
What do you need from me?
Half an hour on the phone, then answers to a short brief. Photos of your work help a lot — but if you haven’t got any, we design around it.
Can I upgrade later?
Yes. Start at Spark to test the idea, and if it works you only pay the difference to move up to Launch. Nothing gets redone twice.
