Launch
For when you’re ready to trade and need to look the part from the first day. Everything finished, everything matching, and all of it yours — including the website files, with no monthly bill from me ever.
Who Launch is for.
I’d rather tell you now than three weeks in. If the right-hand column sounds more like you, click through to the other page — you’ll get a better result and I’d rather sell you the right thing.
Launch is right if…
- You’ve decided you’re doing it and you want to start properly
- You need a website but not a big one
- You’re getting a van signwritten or workwear branded
- You want one person doing all of it so nothing clashes
- You want to own everything outright with no lock-in
Look elsewhere if…
- You’re still testing the idea — start at Spark
- You’re applying for a bank loan or Start Up Loan
- You need more than one page on the website
- You need brand guidelines to hand to other suppliers
Everything included, in detail.
No hourly rates, no scope creep, and nothing to pay afterwards.
Full business plan
The market you’re going into, who you’re selling to and how you’re different. Your pricing worked out properly, your running costs, basic forecasts and the point at which the business breaks even.
Written in plain English, not consultant language. Enough to open a business account on, and enough to stop you underpricing in your first month, which is the mistake almost everybody makes.
Finished logo and brand kit
The direction you picked, drawn properly and delivered as a full set of files: vector and high-resolution, full colour, one colour, black, white and reversed, plus a favicon for your website.
Including a separate embroidery version, simplified so it still reads when it’s stitched at 55–65mm on a chest. Fine detail turns to mud on a polo, and most logos aren’t drawn with that in mind. Yours will be.
One-page website, handed over as files
Everything a local business needs on one scrolling page: what you do, the areas you cover, what makes you worth calling, and a contact form that reaches you.
Built to load fast and work properly on a phone, because that’s where nearly all of your visitors will be.
The publishing guide
A written, illustrated guide to getting your site live: buying a domain, choosing a host, uploading the files, turning on the padlock and connecting the contact form. Written for someone who has never done any of it.
Plus a walkthrough call at handover. If you’d rather not touch it at all, I can put it live for you as a one-off — just ask on the call.
Five clothing mockups
Polos, hoodies, tees, hi-vis, caps — whichever fits what you do. Something you can hand a garment supplier to quote from, and something that tells you whether the logo actually works on fabric before you order fifty of them.
One vehicle mockup
Your livery laid out on the vehicle you actually drive, designed to be read at a glance from another lane. Hand it to a signwriter and they can quote from it.
Two rounds of changes
One after the concepts, one after the build. I’d rather redraw it than have my work on a van you’re not happy with.
What actually lands in your inbox.
Every file, yours outright. No licence, no subscription, and nothing that stops working if we never speak again.
- Business plan — PDF

No lock-in, and no monthly bill from me
Your website is handed over as files you own outright, with a plain-English guide showing you exactly how to put it live — hosting it yourself costs around £5 a month, paid to whoever you like. Most agencies keep your site on their hosting so you can never leave. I’d rather you could.
Two to three weeks, start to finish.
You’ll never wonder what’s happening or when.
Free 30-minute call
The idea, the customers, the competition and what you actually need. If a smaller package suits you better, I’ll tell you.
Brief and deposit
A one-page brief listing exactly what’s included and what isn’t. 50% books your slot in the diary.
Plan and brand concepts
Your business plan drafted, and two or three logo directions with colours and fonts. All in one go, so you can compare properly rather than being drip-fed.
Your feedback, then the build
One round of changes, then I build the website files and the mockups against whichever direction you picked.
Handover and walkthrough
Every file, a walkthrough call, and the guide to putting your site live. Remaining 50% due. Nothing to pay after that.
Check-in
A quick call to see how trading is going and sort anything that’s come up.
The other two packages.
Spark — £299
A one-page plan, logo concepts and three mockups. For testing whether the idea stands up before spending real money on it.
See what’s in Spark →Complete — £1,950

Who hosts my website?
You do, and that’s deliberate. I hand over the finished files with a guide showing you exactly how to buy a domain, pick a host and put it live. It costs around £5 a month, paid to whoever you choose. Most agencies keep your site on their hosting so you can never leave — I’d rather you could.
What if I get stuck putting it live?
The guide covers the whole thing step by step, and we do a walkthrough call at handover. If you’d rather not touch it, I can put it live for you as a one-off. Just ask on the call and I’ll quote it.
Is one page really enough?
For most local and trade businesses, yes. People landing on your site want to know what you do, whether you cover their area, whether you look trustworthy and how to reach you — and one well-built scrolling page answers all four faster than five thin ones. If you sell several distinct services that each need explaining, Complete gives you up to five pages.
Can I add pages later?
Yes, £120–200 a page depending on what’s on it, whenever you want. There’s no contract and no monthly fee in between — you can go two years without speaking to me and then add a page.
What if I haven’t got photos of my work?
We design around it. Plenty of people are starting out and haven’t got a portfolio yet. Once you’ve got photos, send them over and I’ll drop them in as a paid update, or you can swap the image files yourself — the guide shows you how.
What do you need from me?
Half an hour on the phone, then answers to a short brief. Photos of your work help a lot if you’ve got them. After that it’s two rounds of feedback, and that’s the lot.
Do you do the printing, signage or embroidery?
I do the artwork, not the printing. You get files ready for a signwriter or a garment supplier, including the separate embroidery version. I can recommend people locally if you’d like.
How does payment work?
50% to book your slot in the diary, 50% on handover. The price is fixed in writing before anything starts and doesn’t move. Nothing to pay afterwards.
Ready to start trading properly?
Half an hour on the phone, no obligation, and honest advice even if the answer is “not yet”. You’ll get a fixed quote in writing before anything starts.
