Package 03 · The full thing

Complete

£1,950 fixed price · 50% to book, 50% on handover

For going all in, with room to grow into it. Everything in Launch, plus the financials a lender will ask for, a website with space for every service you offer, and a brand documented well enough to hand to anybody.

Is this the right one?

Who Complete is for.

I’d rather tell you now than three weeks in. If the right-hand column sounds more like you, click through to the other page — you’ll get a better result and I’d rather sell you the right thing.

Complete is right if…

  • You’re applying for funding, a Start Up Loan or a grant
  • You offer several services that each need explaining
  • You’ll be handing artwork to printers, signwriters or a designer
  • You want the social side sorted before you open the doors
  • You’d rather do it once, properly, than upgrade twice

Look elsewhere if…

  • A one-page site would genuinely cover it — take Launch
  • You’re not applying for funding and don’t need monthly forecasts
  • You’re still deciding whether to do it at all
What you get

Everything included, in detail.

No hourly rates, no scope creep, and nothing to pay afterwards.

  • Funding-ready business plan

Everything in the Launch plan, plus month-by-month financial forecasts for the first year — revenue, costs, cash flow and the point you break even — modelled across a cautious, expected and strong case.

Laid out in the order lenders read: what the business is, why it will work, what the money does and how it comes back. Nobody can promise you an approval, but a plan that answers their questions in their order does considerably better than one that doesn’t.

  • Everything in Launch, finished

The full business plan, the complete logo and brand kit with the separate embroidery artwork, and the publishing guide. Nothing is cut down to make room for the extras.

  • Website of up to five pages

Room to give each service its own page, which matters both for customers and for search — a page about one thing ranks better than a paragraph about five. Typically home, services, about, a page per main service line, and contact.

Handed over as files you own, with the same publishing guide and walkthrough call.

  • Full brand guidelines

A proper document you can hand to a printer, a signwriter, an embroiderer or a designer you hire in two years’ time: colour codes for screen and print, fonts and sizes, how much space goes around the logo, what not to do to it.

This is what stops a brand drifting. Without it, the third supplier you use guesses, and by year two nothing quite matches.

  • Extended mockups

Two vehicle mockups — typically two angles, or a van and a second vehicle — and an extended clothing set covering the full range of what your team will actually wear.

  • Social media launch kit

Profile and cover artwork sized for each platform, post templates in your brand, and your first ten posts written and designed — so the account doesn’t sit empty for a month while you work out what to say.

  • Three rounds of changes

More moving parts means more chances to refine it. Three rounds across the plan, the brand and the build.

The handover

What actually lands in your inbox.

Every file, yours outright — including the editable brand guidelines and the forecast spreadsheet, so you can update the numbers yourself as things change.

  • Business plan — PDF, funding-ready
  • Financial forecasts — monthly, spreadsheet and PDF
  • Brand guidelines — PDF
  • Logo pack — SVG, PDF, EPS, PNG in every colourway
  • Embroidery artwork — separate simplified version
  • Website folder — up to five pages, ready to upload
  • Publishing guide — PDF, step by step
  • Extended clothing mockups — high-resolution images
  • Two vehicle mockups — high-resolution images
  • Social launch kit — artwork, templates and ten posts

No lock-in, and no monthly bill from me

Your website is handed over as files you own outright, with a plain-English guide showing you exactly how to put it live — hosting it yourself costs around £5 a month, paid to whoever you like. Most agencies keep your site on their hosting so you can never leave. I’d rather you could.

Questions

What people ask about Complete.

Will a bank accept the business plan?

Nobody can promise that, and be careful of anyone who does — the decision rests on your figures, your credit and the lender’s appetite, not on the document. What I can do is make sure the plan answers everything they ask for, in the order they ask it, with financials that add up. A plan that does that gets a fair hearing; one that doesn’t gets returned.

Is Complete worth it over Launch?

Honestly, only if you need at least two of the extras. If you’re applying for funding, or you offer several services that each need their own page, or you’ll be handing artwork to multiple suppliers, then yes. If none of those are true, take Launch and put the difference into tools or advertising. I’ll tell you which on the call.

Can I have more than five pages?

Yes, £120–200 a page depending on what’s on it, either as part of the build or added later. Five covers most businesses comfortably.

Do you run my social media?

No. You get the artwork, the templates and your first ten posts ready to go, so the account looks established from day one and you’ve got something to copy the style of. Ongoing posting isn’t something I offer — I’d be taking your money for something you can do better yourself.

What are the financial forecasts based on?

Your numbers, not made-up ones. On the call we work through what you’ll charge, how many jobs a week is realistic, and what it costs you to run — then model it cautiously, expectedly and strongly so you can see the range rather than one optimistic line. You get the spreadsheet, so you can change the assumptions yourself later.

How long does Complete take?

Three to four weeks from the deposit, depending on how quickly you come back with feedback. If you’re up against a funding deadline, tell me on the call — rush delivery is available for 25% more.

How does payment work?

50% to book your slot, 50% on handover. Fixed in writing before anything starts. Nothing to pay afterwards, and no monthly fee to me ever.

Doing it once, properly?

Half an hour on the phone, no obligation, and honest advice even if the answer is “not yet”. You’ll get a fixed quote in writing before anything starts.
